These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Matcha Fix mobile app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Subscriptions & purchases

• Matcha Fix is free to start. Premium features are available through an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your device's App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Recipes, nutrition & health

Recipes, ratios, and nutrition figures in the App — including AI-generated content — are provided for general guidance only and are estimates. They are not medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Always check ingredient labels and use your own judgment, especially regarding allergies, caffeine intake, and dietary needs. Matcha Fix is not responsible for how recipes are prepared or consumed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. The AI features are intended for creating matcha drink recipes; off-topic requests may be declined.

Intellectual property

The App, its content, branding, and design are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Recipes you create are yours to use.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
